Is it Breastfeeding friendly? When can I start postpartum?

Yes! There are guidelines for breastfeeding moms, so she can work to rebalance hormones and lean out while keeping milk supply up! We do recommend waiting 4-6 weeks post delivery for milk supply to be established before starting, though. Once milk has been established, the 30 Day Slim Down is safe and very effective for breastfeeding moms.

Can I do this if i'm vegan or vegetarian?

The non meat options for the plan are tempeh, tofu, vegan protein powder, eggs, and fish/seafood. If you include these in your diet, then you will be able to adapt the recipes in the plan using these protein options.

Is the food expensive?

That depends on you! We'll give you the ingredients and food options, you pick which ones you want to buy and where from.

What if I have allergies or am a picky eater?

No problem. This program is a full daily meal plan for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks (with grocery lists, prep tips, & recipes!). However, there is also a 'In A Pinch' menu and a 'Build Your Own’ outline for those of you who want a little more flexibility! This plan is also completely dairy and gluten-free, and includes a master menu of approved foods and ingredients so you can swap out anything to meet your needs.

Does it include a workout plan?

Yes! Inside the Birth Recovery Center you will have access to our nutrition plans as well as Ab Rehab, Ab Rehab PLUS+ and our Bod Squad strength training program.

Ab Rehab is our corrective exercise program that heals and strengthens your core and pelvic floor by comprehensively addressing all signs of dysfunction, such as a low belly pooch, back pain, leaking, pain with intercourse, rib flare, c-section recovery, and so many more.

Ab Rehab PLUS+ monthly workouts are designed to maintain your core and pelvic floor strength post Ab Rehab.
